If you don’t get a little bit nervous in front of a video crew, you are probably a professional broadcaster or maybe a little bit crazy. Most of us are very happy that what we say in everyday life can’t be rewound and played back over and over again.  Most video productions require big video crews, bright lights and intimidating professional camera equipment and tripods.  The video below shows a young Steve Jobs suffering while he is being prepped for an upcoming video shoot.  He is so nervous that he actually says he thinks he needs to get physically ill.

How to avoid being nervous at your next video shoot.

Of course, people will always be nervous about the prospect of being recorded on video.  However, Rewatchable does everything in our power to make sure someone starring in one of our video productions is as relaxed as possible.  We use specialized HD video cameras that can excel with just the natural light available in most environments. By avoiding big lights, you don’t need to worry about getting hot, squinting and sweating as you are trying to think of what you want to say next.  Our small, discrete cameras cause many people we work with to literally forget there is a camera rolling. They end up speaking authentically and passionately as they would in normal conversation.  Also, we work hard to understand our customers goals before we start any video production.  By asking thoughtful questions we make sure the people appearing in our videos are engaged as  they answer relevant questions.  Lastly, we are very nice people on set and off!
